Claimant-Side | Norcross, GA | Immediate Need Some law firms grow
slowly. Others grow because clients keep coming—and suddenly the
caseload outpaces the calendar. This is one of those moments. Our
client is a well-established claimant-side Workers’ Compensation
attorney we’ve partnered with for over a decade. His practice has
reached a point where the volume of cases can no longer be managed
solo—not without compromising the quality of advocacy his clients
rely on. That’s where this role comes in. The Opportunity This is
not a “build it from scratch” role—and it’s not a long, drawn-out
hiring process. You’d be stepping into an existing Workers’ Comp
caseload of approximately 100 active matters, with immediate
responsibility and trust. The need is real, the work is there, and
the impact is tangible from day one. The goal is simple: help
manage the caseload well, serve injured workers with excellence,
and bring stability to a growing practice. What This Role Looks
Like in Practice Managing and advancing an active claimant-side
Workers’ Compensation caseload Handling hearings, negotiations, and
case strategy with autonomy Working directly with a firm owner who
is hands-on, experienced, and realistic about workload Being part
of a practice where volume exists—but burnout doesn’t have to
Compensation & Structure Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 Bonus
potential: $30,000–$40,000 Location: In-office role based in
