Compensation: $52,000-$95,000 annually; paid bi-weekly $5,000
Sign-on Bonus! Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time Employee; Exempt
Schedule: Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to
schedule 35 hours of availability within those time frames
Location: This is an in person role based out of Alpharetta, GA
Role Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides
high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or
families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent
caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing
documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a
supportive clinical team. Licensed Mental Health Therapist must be
able to see children (3-5 years of age), adolescents, and adults.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of
bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy
services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent
and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain an
active caseload of approximately 25–30 clients per week; a minimum
of 27 clients per week required Participate in clinical
consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to
ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $52,000-$75,000 annually;

those time frames Requirements: Licensed Therapist Required
Qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist,
LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in GA Master’s or doctoral degree in
Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or
related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g.,
CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently
Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting
psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents,
trauma, couples, etc. Experience in outpatient or group practice
settings Must be able to see children (3-5 years of age),
