As a Perioperative RN on the Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (WEST), you will float across multiple Wellstar hospitals and Periop units based on where your skills are needed most. What You'll Do: - Float to perioperative units across Wellstar hospitals based on need and your skill mix. - Deliver high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support excellent patient outcomes. - Adapt quickly and provide support in a variety of settings. What You Bring: Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or compact state) required. (BLS) from AHA required. (ACLS) required. (PALS) required Minimum 2 years of recent perioperative nursing experience required. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
