Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Urgent Care Registered Nurse to join our integrated healthcare team. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality medical services to our members. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting, utilizing both clinical skills and excellent patient service to ensure effective treatment outcomes. The RN will work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver prompt, safe, and effective medical care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an urgent care setting. Coordinate with healthcare team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Perform diagnostic tests, administer medications, and operate medical equipment. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety and health regulations. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare technology and medical equipment Ability to work effectively in stressful situations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia BLS/CPR certification ACLS certification preferred
