registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience

be considered. A skilled Registered Nurse with experience in the
Operating Room is sought for a 13-week contract located in the
Atlanta, GA area. This role involves supporting urology surgeries
at a well-established outpatient surgery center, providing care to
patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Qualifications: - Licensed RN with at least 2 years of
perioperative nursing experience - Strong background in operating
room procedures, specifically within urology - Current Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification required - Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certification required Location:This opportunity is
based near Decatur in the Atlanta metropolitan area, a vibrant
community with a mix of urban and suburban living. Decatur is known
for its rich cultural scene, excellent dining options, and quality
healthcare facilities. The area offers a variety of recreational
activities and easy access to the citys amenities, making it an
appealing location for healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure surgical instruments and
equipment are sterile and ready - Assist surgeons and surgical
teams during procedures by providing necessary tools and support -
Monitor patient conditions closely before, during, and after
surgery to ensure safety - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to optimize patient care and outcomes - Adhere strictly to safety
and infection control policies Schedule: - Work hours are from 7:30
AM to 4:00 PM This contract position represents an excellent
opportunity for perioperative nurses looking to expand their
specialty experience within urology surgery. Candidates must be
willing to relocate or commute, as local applicants within 50 miles
