Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Float - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Inpatient Job Details: • Work day shift with (4) 10-hour shifts per week • Must be available to work various days of the week • On-call availability as needed • Minimum every other weekend required • Minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays required • Endoscopy experience required • Epic experience required • Associates Nursing, Diploma Nursing, or Bachelors Nursing (preferred) required • Georgia RN license (Single State) or RN-COMPACT (Multi-state Compact) required • BLS certification required upon hire • Direct patient care experience preferred • Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation • Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics • Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care • Participate in interdisciplinary communication and rounds • Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education • Support evidence-based practice and nursing research activities • Serve as preceptor and mentor for other healthcare professionals when needed Facility: This healthcare facility operates as part of a comprehensive health system that emphasizes evidence-based practice and professional development.
