Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel 3 x 12s nights must live 100 miles away • NIHSS, BLS & ACLS – Required • CPI - Required (Must be Crisis Prevention Institute's NCI With Advanced Physical Skills Training course) • BSN - Highly desired • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required • Inpatient Nursing experience required: 2 Years Telemetry experience required 6 months Travel Nurse experience required Med Surg Telemetry experience required Cerner EMR experience required • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required • BSN - Highly desired "Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements. * Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner. * Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care. * Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs * Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients * Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation * Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation * Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures" HonorVet Technologies Job ID 31972089.
