Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide compassionate nursing care in a structured health environment. Working closely with other healthcare professionals, the LPN will deliver nursing care that promotes the wellness of our patients while adhering to the standards of nursing practice. This role requires practical skills in patient care and the ability to perform well in a dynamic medical setting. Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services Treat minor injuries and illnesses according to physician instructions including administering medications Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits Implement and maintain patient care plans Collaborate with registered nurses and doctors to provide optimal care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven proficiency in administering medications and using medical equipment Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of Georgia CPR certification
