Job Description:
Hospitalist: Self Regional is also seeking a full-time
nocturnist OBGYN Hospitalist to cover an average of 3- 14h shifts
(5p-7a) per week. Back-up call provided by the two
hospital-employed groups. A few highlights of our service line
include: - We are a small town level of community and support with
the luxury of most academic resources. - Our hospital has an
excellent Level III NICU and has recently on-boarded a local MFM
for consults. - We encourage VBACs and have in-house anesthesia. -
We offer a competitive base salary with production incentive
bonuses quarterly. - Excellent recruitment incentives such as
signing bonus, student loan assistance, moving allowance,
competitive salary and CME. - Generalist position: - Current
Hospitalist coverage 2 weekdays per week and all weekends - The
hospital is working toward providing all weekday night and weekend
coverage for the generalist groups within 6 months - 1:7 call with
1:6 backup weekend call - A typical work week involves: - 1 call
day - Post call day off (if you are primary coverage overnight;
otherwise, if backup overnight coverage, AM-only office post-call)
- 2.5-3 total office days - At least 0.5 day OR - We scrub all
major GYN surgeries together and have robotic surgery available -

including many high risk patients. - For any current OBGYN
resident, a monthly stipend is offered until the start date for the
position. Greenwood is a picturesque town situated in the foothills
of South Carolina and on the shores of Lake Greenwood. It is a
three-hour drive to Charleston’s beautiful beaches, two hours to
the Appalachian Mountains, and equivalent distances to both Atlanta
and Charlotte. It is called both “the Emerald City” and “the
Lakelands” due to its desirable climate and the numerous lakes in
close proximity. It offers year-round golf, seasonal watersports
and excellent hunting and fishing opportunities. Self Regional
