care in a dynamic Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit environment,
supporting individuals recovering from critical illness or surgery.
This travel nursing opportunity is perfect for RNs with experience

flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess patients
requiring intermediate critical care between ICU and general care.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and coordinate care
plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Detect and
respond promptly to changes in patient condition. Educate patients
and families on care plans and health management. Maintain accurate
and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and
standards. Qualifications and Experience: Current and unrestricted
RN license. Proven experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit
nursing. Ability to handle complex assessments and interventions.
Strong communication and organizational skills. Adaptability and
proficiency in working within diverse healthcare settings. Location
