Physical Therapist Location: Jackson, GA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,432 to $1,626 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title OP Physical Therapist-Rehab Services City/State: Jackson, Georgia Shift: Days 8 hours Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 04/13/2026 Job Description: The physical therapist assesses, plans, organizes and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury. Services are provided across the full continuum and rendered in a cost conscious, quality focused and customer oriented manner. Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards is also required in this role. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
