EUS and ERCP FACILITY INFORMATION • Reason for Coverage: Expansion

relocate to Carrollton/Carroll County area for call purposes •

not available DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Join a collaborative team
of 5 board-certified gastroenterologists and 7 advanced practice
providers • Deliver expert care to patients in both clinic and
hospital settings • Utilize Epic EMR integrated across all settings
• Participate in call coverage and community health outreach
