Join a traveling Physical Therapist team placement in Griffin, GA, at a hospital setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Active Georgia state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC prior to start. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or hospital setting preferred. Demonstrated competence with patient assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and use of durable medical equipment in an acute care environment. Experience working with post-surgical and medically complex patients preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with physicians, nursing staff, patients, and families. Ability to function independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, prioritize tasks, and manage a variable caseload in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to comply with hospital policies, Joint Commission standards, and to participate in mandatory education. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0700-1900. Schedule Pattern: 3x12. May be required to assist in other departments as needed and to participate in call rotation when necessary.
