for qualified candidates About the Regional Float Nursing Team Join
the Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.), a highly skilled
group of experienced nurses who provide care across multiple
Wellstar facilities in the Augusta region. As part of this elite
float team, you will support a variety of units based on your
specialty while helping meet system-wide patient care needs.
Opportunities Available In - Emergency Department (ED) Fast-paced,
high-acuity environments where strong critical thinking and rapid
response are essential. - Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) A
foundational specialty that builds strong clinical skills and broad
nursing experience. - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Provide advanced,
lifesaving care to complex and critically ill patients. - Operating
Room (OR) Collaborate with surgical teams to provide specialized
care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Wellstar

of 2 years of recent, direct RN experience in your specialty area
within a hospital setting. Education Graduate of an accredited
nursing program (BSN preferred). Licensure and Certifications
(based on specialty) - Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN
license - BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA) - ACLS, PALS, or NRP as
