Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - ED Inpatient /n/n Job Details: /n • Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM /n• Must be available to work various days of the week /n• Required to work minimum every other weekend /n• Required to work minimum 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays /n• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred /n• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation /n• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics /n• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care /n• Required certifications: BLS (upon hire), RN license (upon hire), PALS (within 180 days), TNCC (within 18 months), ACLS (within 180 days) /n• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelors degree in Nursing required /n• Must demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in interdisciplinary environment /n• Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement activities /n• Complete mandatory education and professional competency assessments /n• Function effectively in fast-paced emergency environment with ability to respond to emergencies decisively /n• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required /n• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive emergency department that provides high-quality, evidence-based patient care through an interdisciplinary team approach.
