    • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
    • Aid customers in the vehicle buying experience, using product knowledge and expertise to be a sounding board
    • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
    • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
    • Respond to incoming leads quickly and efficiently, helping to advance deals
    • Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
    • Manage lead generation process
    • Develop and maintain Customer Base--We provide the opportunities--Your job will be to Provide the cusotmer service and ongoing communication
    • Overall CRM usage
