Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Simpsonville, SC. This role
offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, drive

establishment. Location: Simpsonville, SC Compensation:
$55,000–$58,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus and
comprehensive benefits Employment Type: Full-Time Key
Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations,
ensuring efficiency and high-quality service Recruit, train, and
mentor staff to uphold company standards and deliver exceptional
customer experiences Develop and implement policies and procedures
to maintain a smooth and efficient operation Monitor inventory
levels, order supplies, and optimize stock control to minimize
waste and maximize profitability Handle customer feedback and
resolve concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with the
management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and
improving overall performance Qualifications Proven experience as a
Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the
hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to
inspire and develop a diverse team Excellent communication and
interpersonal abilities Solid understanding of restaurant
operations, including inventory management, cost control, and
customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
adapt to changing business needs Familiarity with restaurant
