The General Manager/Shift Managers provides overall leadership and direct supervision to ensure Product, Service, and Image of their Restaurant exceeds expectations. The General Manager/Shift Managers accomplishes their objectives by adhering to Marco's Culture and actively training and developing their employees daily to achieve each of the Marco's key results. We're looking for individuals who: are hardworking, team oriented, and dedicated possess excellent customer relation and leadership skills are skilled in coaching and developing employees. are fast, efficient, and accurate are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license (2 years driving history), reliable transportation and a true desire to learn and grow. are honest, energetic, motivational and fun loving have prior management experience The General Manager is responsible for overall store operations including hiring and supervision of staff, product and service quality, and financial health of the store. The General/shift Manager is accountable for achieving store profitability, sales growth, Guest satisfaction, and employee engagement measures. As General/Shift Manager of a Marco's Pizza store, it will be your job to hire smart, manage crew schedules for maximum efficiency, stay on top of all paperwork including inventory and ordering, food costs, the entire Profit & Loss statement, as well as lead the crew in a fast-paced store culture of accountability. Required: 1 year of restaurant general/shift management experience with demonstrable success High School diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Valid Driver's License Preferred: ServSafe certified Pay Rate and additional benefits: Up to $15 per hour Employee meal discounts Flexible hours available Full-time
