Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Specialist (Bi-Lingual) to join our
team to support HR functions.HR Specialist responsibilities include
all new hire orientations for each location and completing
E-Verify. The selected candidate will also be completing all
workers compensation paperwork including all OSHA required reports
state and federal. To be successful in this role, you should have a
good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of
labor legislation.Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace
by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all
times.Responsibilities:Administer new hire orientation.Ensure
E-Verify is complete and employment is authorizedMaintain call
files for employeesInform employees about additional benefits
they?re eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days)Update employee
records with new hire information and/or changes in employment
statusMaintain Workers Compensation reportingUpdate and ensure all
OSHA reporting is completed in a timely basisWork with insurance
companies regarding injuriesStay up-to-date and comply with changes
in labor legislationWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00
PMSkills:Bi-lingual preferred but not requiredEducation:No Degree
RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:2 years proven work
experience as an HR Coordinator or SpecialistHands-on experience
with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ADP WorkforceSolid
understanding of Workman CompensationFamiliarity with full cycle
recruitingVerbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer
skillsBe able to work in a fast paced environment and follow
directions and check lists
