following job description: The HR Global Enablement Senior
Consultant is a senior individual contributor responsible for
executing complex global HR initiatives that enable Truist’s Global
Capability Center (GCC) strategy and BOT delivery model. Operating
from the U.S. with strong coordination across India, the role
drives workforce planning, change management, learning practices,
talent value proposition activation, and global career progression
frameworks. This consultant leads cross functional workstreams
including recruitment for delivery and leadership roles, capacity
control processes, employee transfer governance, HR-in-a-Box
standards, and employer brand alignment—ensuring globally scalable
HR practices and seamless workforce transitions across the U.S. and
India. This role will ensure tight coordination across the HR
Global Enablement Team, Truist HR COE leaders, Global Solutions
Delivery, and external delivery partners. Position has in office
expectations - this is not a remote role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions
for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor,
which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from
time to time. 1. Provide insights, documentation, and project
execution support across global HR initiatives, ensuring risk,
regulatory, and compliance considerations are embedded into
recommendations. 2. Partner with businesses and BOT provider to
execute workforce planning activities for GCC scaling, integrating
hiring demand, capability needs, transition timing, and
automation/CI impacts. 3. Partner with Talent Acquisition and BOT
partners to develop TA practices, including monitoring sourcing,
funnel performance, hiring velocity, and candidate experience for
delivery-role recruitment. 4. Support leadership recruitment
workstreams, including selection frameworks, interview governance,
offer delivery, and onboarding design for senior leaders 5.
Orchestrate transition capacity backlogs, intake sequencing, and
alignment to transition waves. Partner with Business to manage
demand, capacity, and staffing requirements 6. Coordinate employee
transfer management activities, including policy/guideline
development, documentation, compliance, and retention/engagement
programs. 7. Execute HR-in-a-Box global process design work,
including standard operating models, workflows, governance, and
role clarity between U.S. and India. 8. Support the development of
global learning pathways and foundational capability-building
programs that accelerate readiness in India and ensure consistency
across markets. 9. Apply structured change management practices to
enable adoption of new global HR processes, workforce transitions,
and cross-border teaming structures. 10. Support global career
progression frameworks and job family alignment to create mobility
and capability transparency across U.S. and India 11. Partner with
HR COEs to identify required process adaptations for global
context, and ensuring forward looking HR transformation aligns with
global delivery model. 12. Ensure TVP and employer brand activation
in India, ensuring alignment with sourcing strategies, onboarding,
marketing, and retention programs. QUALIFICATIONS Required
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of

Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2. 6–10
years of experience in HR, workforce strategy, HR transformation,
talent management, or related fields. 3. Demonstrated experience
enabling offshore, BOT, or global shared services environments,
with strong cross border coordination skills. -border coordination
skills. 4. Expertise in one or more of: workforce planning, change
management, learning design, TVP/employer brand activation, or
global career architecture. 5. Proven ability to execute complex,
cross functional projects with distributed teams and senior level

interpret workforce data, hiring trends, and capacity planning
metrics. 7. Exceptional communication and influence skills with the
ability to support decisions in a matrixed, highly dynamic
environment. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Advanced degree degree or
MBA in HR, Business, Strategy, or related field. 2. Experience
supporting Global Capability Centers (GCCs), shared services, or
build-operate-transfer (BOT) implementations. -operate-transfer

financial modeling, or HR metrics related to global scaling. 4.
Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
5. Professional certifications in HR (SPHR, SHRM-SCP), Change
Management (Prosci, ACMP), or Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP).
