required. Required Skills: • Must have worked in a Customs Broker
capacity • Recent 5 years of Import experience • Hands-on
experience with USMCA • Proficiency with Spanish We are seeking a
highly skilled and detail-oriented Trade Compliance Specialist to
join our team. This role involves ensuring compliance with U.S.
trade regulations, including HTS classification, USMCA
certifications, and U.S. Customs procedures. The ideal candidate
will have a strong understanding of U.S. trade laws and the ability
to manage complex compliance tasks efficiently. Qualifications: •
HTS Classification & USMCA Compliance: Accurately classify goods
under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and manage USMCA
certifications to ensure compliance with trade agreements. •
Customs Procedures & Entry Writing: Oversee U.S. Customs
procedures, including entry writing, to facilitate smooth
import/export operations. • In-Bond Transportation & FTZ
Management: Coordinate in-bond transportation and manage operations
within Foreign Trade Zones and bonded warehouses to optimize
logistics. • Partner Government Agency (PGA) Reporting: Ensure
accurate and timely reporting to relevant government agencies to
maintain compliance. • Software Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft
Office Suite and quickly adapt to custom software systems to manage
compliance documentation and reporting. • Bilingual Communication:
Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish to support
international trade operations and collaborate with global teams. •
Experience: Proven experience in trade compliance, customs
regulations, and international trade laws. •
Licenses/Certifications: U.S. Customs Broker License is highly
preferred; certifications such as Certified Customs Specialist
(CCS) can be advantageous. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) systems and/or other automated compliance solutions
is beneficial. • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and
Spanish to facilitate communication in international trade
