E-Commerce Specialist Job Summary As an e-commerce specialist, you'll manage and optimize active listings on the 1 Party Vendor accounts, contributing to the success of a team where talent and teamwork matter most. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the e-commerce catalog across multiple platforms through integrations. Collaborate with creative, merchandising, IT/Dev, and production teams to implement listing strategies and enhance workflows Perform daily audits of account listings with a focus on accuracy, brand compliance, and error resolution. Troubleshoot platform issues while maintaining technical compliance for accounts like Amazon and Walmart Seller Central. Monitor customer feedback and remove inaccurate feedback to uphold account credibility. Report on the performance of sponsored product ads and provide insights to account managers (ad creation not required). Stay informed of current e-commerce trends and consumer behavior to provide recommendations for improving the customer experience. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, OR 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce. Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Central, Shopify, and/or Ebay Thorough understanding of e-commerce product listings, organic SEO, paid ads, and product data feeds. A resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to finding solutions independently. An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to become an in-house e-commerce expert. Bonus: Experience in the apparel industry or proficiency with tools like Channel Advisor or SQL. Why Join The Team?
