Job Title: Data Architect Job Location: North Atlanta, GA or
Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office. All remote work
must be performed within the United States.) Job Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $225,000 (annually) with an employee benefits
package. General Job Description: Our client seeks a strategic and
hands-on Data Architect to design, implement, and optimize
scalable, secure, high-performance data systems across the
enterprise. This individual contributor role will be critical in
aligning data solutions with business objectives, particularly
within the mortgage industry, while enabling AI/ML initiatives
across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep
expertise in data architecture, cloud-based platforms (AWS), and
AI-ready infrastructure, and will be expected to collaborate with
engineering, product, and data science teams to develop a
forward-thinking data ecosystem. Job Requirements: Lead the
AI/ML-ready data infrastructure design, supporting frameworks for
large language models (LLMs) and generative AI, using platforms
like Amazon Bedrock or Sagemaker. Define and enforce data modeling
standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure data
quality Support data visualization and reporting initiatives using
Tableau, ensuring the availability of clean, well-modeled data
sources. Proven experience working in or with the mortgage,
Mortgage servicing, or fintech industry 8 years of experience in
data engineering or software development, with 3 years in a data
architecture role. Expertise in data modeling, schema design, query
