Job Description:
Surya, a leader in home furnishings and decor, is looking for a
skilled Amazon Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Business
Development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving
our product sales and enhancing brand visibility on the Amazon
platform. You will manage our entire Amazon sales channel, develop
strategic marketing initiatives, and optimize our listings to
increase revenue and market share. Develop and implement strategic
plans to manage and grow Surya's product listings on Amazon,
ensuring alignment with our overall sales targets and brand
strategy. Monitor daily sales performance and adjust strategies as
needed to meet sales goals and revenue targets. Collaborate with
the marketing team to create and optimize engaging content for
product listings including images, descriptions, and keywords.
Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns, and
analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI. Liaise with
supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure stock
availability and timely fulfillment of Amazon orders. Stay updated
with Amazon's policies, technologies, and best practices to
maintain account health and compliance. Strong understanding of
Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central interfaces. Experience
with SEO, PPC, and Amazon's A9 algorithm. Proficiency in analytics
tools such as Google Analytics and Amazon Retail Analytics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Certified in
Amazon Ads Training or certifications in SEO and digital marketing
preferred.
