Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture for all IT projects within the company. Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate cybersecurity solutions that support strategic business needs while ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant laws and policies. Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including the evaluation, selection, and implementation of security technologies. Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day operational duties and career development. Conduct threat analyses and risk assessments, reporting on potential impacts to stakeholders and executive management. Stay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity technology and threats, recommending adjustments to strategies and practices accordingly. Proficiency in information security architectures and models. Expertise in networking, system security, encryption technologies, and data protection protocols.
