Job Description:
At Cox Automotive, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr Product
Owner to join our Product Development & Innovation team. As a
crucial member of our team, you will guide the development and
enhancement of technology solutions that drive our automotive
services forward. Your role will involve collaboration with
cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales,
and customer service, to ensure that our digital products and
platforms align with business goals and fulfil market needs. This
position is pivotal in translating customer feedback and
architectural complexities into actionable strategies that aid in
the seamless operation of car manufacturers, dealers, and buyers.
Define and communicate product vision and strategy to all relevant
stakeholders. Prioritize product backlogs and develop product
roadmaps that align with business objectives. Work closely with
development teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely
execution of projects. Analyze market trends and customer feedback
to continuously improve product features. Facilitate agile
ceremonies, such as sprint plannings, reviews, and retrospectives.
Measure product performance and optimize based on key success
metrics. Liaise between stakeholders and teams to ensure
transparency and efficient workflow. Strong understanding of agile
methodologies and principles. Excellent communication and
leadership skills for stakeholder engagement. Proficient in tools
such as JIRA, Confluence, and modern product management software.
Ability to analyze data and derive insights that drive product
strategy. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Agile Certified
Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is desirable.
