Seeking a stellar family law attorney to join a great team! The right attorney will have compassion and understanding for their clients. They must demonstrate sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. Strong writing and legal research skills and attention to detail are required.

• 5-10 years of experience in all areas of family law including divorce, custody, alimony, and child support
• Gathering evidence and testimony from clients and involved parties
• Developing and implementing family law strategies for all stages of the legal process
• Establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with clients as well as staff at all levels
• Maintaining clear and complete documentation
• Drafting motions, depositions, expert testimony, trial prep
• Well-rounded litigation experience
• Experience negotiating with an assertive and measured approach to resolution skills
• Licensed to practice in SC
