COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY Atlanta Seeking a 2-4 years' experienced Associate Attorney and a 7 years' Senior Attorney with experience in Commercial Transactional Real Estate for a reputable law firm in Atlanta. The ideal candidate with strong experience in retail, leasing, property acquisition, entity formation and development. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial personality will thrive here for future career growth opportunities, in a team-oriented, collegial work environment. Responsibilities/Duties: General corporate transactional experience including due diligence, dispositions, contracts, financing Maintaining client relationships No minimum hourly requirement Join a team of skilled attorneys practicing in sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation. Position is daily in-office with flexibility. Starting base compensation DOE $120K- $150K (higher comp structure for more senior attorneys), bonus structure, full suite benefits, 401K.
