Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial. The role involves providing comprehensive legal services to our clients, including but not limited to, case evaluation, legal advice, negotiation, mediation, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements, drafting demand letters, and conducting depositions. Conduct thorough case evaluations to determine the validity of each case and devise effective legal strategies. Draft and review legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys to secure the best possible outcome for clients. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions. Provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed about their rights and options. Maintain strong client relations through regular communication and updates on case progress. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities to stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and legal practice. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the South Carolina Bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney. Demonstrated experience in settlement negotiation, case management, pre-litigation, and litigation. Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Excellent client relations skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Experience conducting depositions and mediations. In-depth knowledge of personal injury law and legal compliance requirements. Ability to evaluate complex legal cases and provide sound legal advice.
