litigation preferred. Must be admitted to practice in South
Carolina Scope of Responsibilities: Drafting pleadings, motions,
discovery, briefs, and required client reports Taking depositions
of lay witnesses and expert witnesses Retaining and preparing
expert witnesses Conducting legal research Communicating with
clients and opposing attorneys Managing a full caseload from
