As part of the transactional team, you'll handle sophisticated transactions and contract matters across the firm's core specialties which include: Government Law Employment Law Real Estate Litigation Land Use & Zoning Business Litigation Government Contracts Construction Law We are seeking an attorney with an strong general transactional skillset to assist partners on across various matters. Core responsibilities include representing government entities in negotiations with developers and property owners, negotiating real property acquisitions and dispositions, conducting title examinations, drafting and editing government contracts, and more.
