Job Description Job Description Job Title: Inventory Analyst Job Description As an Inventory Analyst, you will oversee electronic cycle counts and physical audits to maintain near-perfect record accuracy. You will investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions using our ERP and WMS systems. Monitoring shelf-life sensitive materials and ensuring compliance with safety and quality storage regulations via the AS9100 Quality Management System is essential. You will generate KPI reports and visual dashboards to track inventory health, aging stock, and transaction records. Collaborating with other manufacturing stakeholders to support operational continuity and efficient forecasting and planning is a key aspect of this role. Responsibilities Oversee electronic cycle counts and physical audits to maintain record accuracy. Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions. Monitor shelf-life sensitive materials for compliance with AS9100 standards. Generate KPI reports and visual dashboards for inventory tracking. Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders for operational continuity. Essential Skills 3–5 years in inventory control within an aerospace or high-tech manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Oracle and Odoo, advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs), and potentially SQL. Familiarity with AS9100 standards and DFARS regulations. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma initiatives. Strong ERP or WMS experience on a computer. Root Cause analysis of inventory issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2 years of fast-paced warehouse experience. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. Basic computer skills and excellent customer service. Strong organization and communication skills. Ability to multitask with little supervision and with a sense of urgency. Work Environment Work in a relaxed, clean, and climate-controlled warehouse environment. The position offers a choice between 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday) and 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Overtime is expected. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marietta, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
