Job Description:
Job Description Responsibilities: -Read and interpret blueprints
involved in the manufacture of wood crates -Use saws, nail guns,
and other tools to assemble and build wood crates -Monitor
production schedule to ensure proper and efficient flow of work
-Help facilitate general organization and safe operation of wood
crate shop Work Experience Qualifications: -Must be able to lift 50
pounds unassisted -Must be able to speak and read English
-Bilingual in Spanish is a plus -Must be prompt and reliable. Good
attendance is essential -Must be able to work well with others and
take instruction & feedback -Forklift certification is a plus
-Prior carpentry or crate building experience is a plus -High
school diploma required
