This pivotal role will primarily focus on overseeing the daily operations within our production facilities, ensuring the efficient management and delivery of our top-quality products, which include Cheez-It, Pringles, Eggo, and many more. Manage daily operations and oversee production activities to meet business and production goals. Coordinate with other department supervisors to ensure efficient operation throughout the plant. Implement and monitor systems for tracking efficiency, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Train, mentor, and lead a team of production staff to achieve excellence in performance. Troubleshoot production issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements. Enforce safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe workplace environment for all employees. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Proficient in using manufacturing management software Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred. OSHA Safety Certification is advantageous.
