This is a stable, well run building with a strong census, minimal agency usage , and supportive leadership. The previous DON resigned, and we are looking for the right leader to step in, maintain momentum, and help elevate the building’s reputation. This role is for a nursing leader who wants to make a meaningful impact without inheriting chaos . The building is stable. The team is established.
