Hours: 6pm-630am Main Responsibilities: Operate, maintain,
troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may
include, but is not limited to: -carton erectors -partition
inserters -product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU) -foil dispensers -top
closers -palletization equipment Manual responsibilities include:
-loading, building and making boxes -hand packaging of bottles
-loading labels Maintenance includes: -perform routine cleaning,
and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations
Material Handling: -Loading/unloading packaging materials such as
corrugate, containers or other raw materials. Documentation:
-Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging
specifications, or any visual quality checks -Perform changeover’s
of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter,
top sealer, …) -Applies correct labels -Perform quality check
consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and
packaging integrity for defects -Housekeeping -Perform Autonomous
maintenance Performance Metrics -Labeling Accuracy: Maintains a
labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all
labeling procedures without deviation. -Quality Control Compliance:
Performs all required quality checks with 100% completion and
accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard
operating procedures. -Line clearance accuracy -Autonomous

Great -High school diploma or equivalent required -Min. 6 months of
manufacturing experience preferred -Capable of lifting 55 pounds
and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours -Able to work with multiple
types of equipment simultaneously -High cleanliness standards for
the machines and work area Physical Demands: The physical demands
