Starting pay is $19.00 with open progression up to $24.55 plus up to $2.50 differential depending on shift. Job Responsibilities: Wrap, package, and transport film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures. Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level. Requirements High School diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence Must be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical – lifting, pushing, and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training. Must be dependable and able to work in team-based environment. Good written and verbal communication skills Computer skills Must be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams Able to work 12-hour shifts. There are four shift models. You will be assigned a shift after completing the initial training: Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm, Monday-Thursday 7pm-7am, Friday-Sunday 7am-7pm, Friday-Sunday 7pm-7am.
