Evaluate and approve Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA) Order Requests and determine appropriate Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) to assign for identified health conditions identified on order requests per the contract requirements. Review Compensation & Pension (C&P) request documents and claims file for completion of the claims file outline to facilitate LHI providers in location of pertinent information to ensure timely review and accurate completion of Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs). Communicate with a diverse group of people/disciplines while serving as a point of contact (POC) for internal and external entities. Monitor, manage and prioritize all VA Clinical Operations order related tasks for this role to facilitate controlled workflow to meet or exceed contractual requirements.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Sunday through Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 328 Front Street South, La Crosse, WI 54601.
