Effective computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills Position Summary Directly responsible for development and coordination of promotional plans, emphasizing awareness, attendance and event atmosphere for equestrian, men's and women's tennis and softball including post season championships. Oversees intern on designated sports. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Reading and writing business correspondence and communicating proficiently with individuals within and outside the University by telephone and email. Working independently and handle multiple tasks. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills and interacting with individuals at all levels. Directly develops strategy and organizes collaboration with digital services, new media and sports communications to create and distribute content across multiple platforms including web, social and in venue for softball. Percentage of time 30 Duties/Responsibilities Directly responsible for development, innovation and coordination of promotional plans, emphasizing awareness, attendance and event atmosphere for equestrian including post season championships. Directly responsible for the scripting, producing, and implementation of all in game entertainment, sponsorship activation and video/ LED production at equestrian events. Directly develops strategy and organizes collaboration with digital services, new media and sports communications to create and distribute content across multiple platforms including web, social and in venue for equestrian. Percentage of time 30 Duties/Responsibilities Directly responsible for development, innovation and coordination of promotional plans, emphasizing awareness, attendance and event atmosphere for men's and women's tennis including post season championships.
