We are searching for a Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) to join
our team in Athens, GA!
The Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) position is for a candidate
looking to experience one to three years learning the internal
sales processes, analytics, and go-to-market strategies with the
ultimate goal of moving into a broader sales role or business
support role. This will be a meaningful role in improving and
scaling our sales operations to help effectively serve our internal
and external customer base. You will also assist with leading the
tools and systems that are essential for our sales process,
including future CRM systems. This position will support sales
forecasting, analysis, reporting, operations, processes, and
You will work closely with our Director of Sales and primarily
work with the sales team. This role will partner with the
marketing, finance, product management, and operations teams as
required. Over time, the SOA will have the ability to work with the
Marketing Manager on product promotions and be a part of the
customer VIP visits to the facility with the goal of presenting to
customers in preparation for a move to a unit sales or similar
Boost sales productivity by refining customer segmentation,
simplifying the sales process, and identifying improvement
opportunities with current sales processes.
Track and analyze critical metrics for growth, win/loss rates,
upsells, renewals, quota attainment, and identify individual
Lead sales and customer reports, coordinate cross-functional
activities across departments to assist sales processes.
Present quarterly progress reports to stakeholders with
measurable sales goals.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to assemble customer
lists, define lead qualification process, and analyze campaign
Form positive relationships and maintain regular contact with
Region Directors, Executive Account Managers, and Sales
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, CSM, and Sales to develop
Assist with onboarding and training any new team members.
Develop sales-related resource documents, including training
manuals, procedures, and policies.
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, operations or
Bachelor's degree in sales or business-related field OR the
equivalent in work experience.
Strong understanding of high-level strategic direction and sales
You should have excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing and
meeting deadlines skillset
Good data analytics capabilities with strong excel and database
experience such as Domo, SalesForce, Tableau or similar
Ability to transform complex issues/data into an executive
summary and present to audiences of varying sizes and fields.
