Apply Today, Work Today Weekly Pay Job Description: We are Hiring Immediately for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor position in an exciting warehouse facility! Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: The ideal candidate would be supervising and coordinating all warehouse activities of an assigned work team on a shift basis by directing assigned associates in the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of customer product in a manner consistent with service cost objectives Coordinate and supervise unloading of inbound shipments, stacking of product, and picking of outbound shipments. Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage. Effectively communicate between shift crossovers. Ensure all materials handling equipment are completed effectively and safe. Maintain a clean work area. Ensure all safety policies are followed. Thoroughly investigate and report all safety accidents and violations in a timely manner. Conduct operations in accordance to OSHA and MSDS standards. Ensure proper food safety practices are maintained. Conduct shift and/or staff meetings. Follow all policies and procedures. Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain the effective performance of workload completion. Prepare and maintain work records and reports for employee time, wages, daily receipts, or inspection results. Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems. Evaluate employee performance. Assess and recommend training needs, disciplinary actions, transfers, and promotions. Other duties as requested. More responsibilities may be assigned upon hire. Job Requirements: HS Diploma, Associates Degree Preferred 3+ years supervisory or warehouse experience; or a bachelor's degree in related field. Ability to maintain a forklift certification. Ability to perform the same work duties as those supervised or performs more difficult or skilled tasks or assist in their performance. Ability to supervise employees. Ability to work in fast-paced. Ability to communicate effectively with variety of individuals Detail oriented mindset Strong interpersonal skills Perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a manager. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to perform well under pressure Must have very strong customer service orientation with high sense of urgency in meeting objectives and deadlines.   • Ensure consistent performance and adhere to standards
  • Deliver efficient, cost effective, and high quality case management services to injured workers by supervising and training of assigned employees

  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures Orients/trains case management staff on case management processes
  • Identify the need for and participate in the development and implementation of Care Management and Utilization Management policies and procedures and ensure compliance to promote cost-effectiveness
  • Evaluated in part based upon performance of the tasks listed in job description
