The business is owned by a Private Equity company and is growing through a series of acquisitions along with organic growth. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with Senior Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects. Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and administrative duties, maintaining project documentation. Need excellent time management and communication skills, collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Maintain master punch report for program and distribute to necessary parties. Maintain and verify all SOV submissions. Collect signatures and issue GC/vendor purchase orders. Create and track program change orders. QC all PSR store builds. -- - Competencies Capacity to understand Customer's needs and their business context.
