Job Description:

The Support Specialist is expected to deliver high quality support to our clients, while utilizing outstanding customer service skills and techniques that promote customer satisfaction and retention. This position will provide end user support for UKG (formerly Kronos) Ready Time & Labor, Human Resources and Payroll modules.The role will require the Support Specialist to assist customers with the use and usability of our HCM applicationDiagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing exceptional serviceProvide help desk support of assigned cases including outbound call backs, e-mails, chat and internal support ticketsDevelop and maintain an intermediate level of knowledge of platform productsDocument all interactions with accounts and create trail for others to followUse product knowledge and experience to resolve difficult tickets submitted by end-users while making use of problem-solving abilitiesTimely, accurate, and complete responses to inquiriesAbility to successfully work both independently and as a part of a teamQualificationsStrong demonstrated technical troubleshooting skillsExceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail necessaryExcellent written, oral communication, listening and telephone skillsFocus on customer service and satisfaction requiredStrong computer skills with a proficiency in successfully learning new technologies quicklyPrevious help desk experience is desired1-3 years of experience using UKG/Kronos systems preferred; or 1-3 years of Time & Attendance, Payroll and/or Human Resource applications or related industry experience preferred4-year college degree preferred; 2-year college degree requiredWe are looking to hire a candidate with qualities of passion, dedication and desire to advance - both as an individual, as well as our company.
