With an experienced growing team and state-of the-art greenhouses, Revol Greens is paving the way to a more sustainable future.Job DescriptionSummary of Position:The Packhouse Associate will be responsible for harvesting and packaging fresh leafy greens for Revol Greens using innovative greenhouse equipment.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Harvest and pack orders for delivery
• Working in multiple areas all related to packaging and harvesting product
• Record and document information related to everyday duties and food safety
• Prepare and track cumulative harvesting and packing totals
• Complete daily operational checklists
• Clean work areas and systems including pack-lines, harvest, and other equipment according to GFSI checklist
• Communicate and cooperate with coworkers, supervisors, and managers
• Follow quality, food safety and service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Participate in any required company training, including safety and food safety
• Any other jobs or activities that may occur during the harvesting and packing processes
• Assist and perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
• Maintain a clean workspace to minimize contamination Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Flexibility to work in a variety of areas and tasks, as necessary
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with automated equipmentEducation and Experience:
    • High School Diploma or GEDSupervisory:
      • This position does not have any supervisory responsibilitiesWork Environment:Packhouse
        • The temperatures in the packhouse are between 34-38 - F to preserve product quality
        • PPE must be worn at all timesPhysical Requirements:
          • Occasionally ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
          • Occasionally remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
          • Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
          • Occasionally adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
          • Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.Benefits:
