Our client is currently seeking a compensation and benefits manaagerThis job will have the following responsibilities:
A growing consumer products manufacturer located in the Atlanta area is currently searching for a compensation and benefits manager. To be considered, you must have a four year degree along with 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits and retirement plans. The company also wants someone with HR Generalist/HR Manager background too.
This is an ON-SITE role and the company will offer relocation to the right candidate and remote is not an option for this role.
In addition, you should have experience in manufacturing and those with global experience will receive the highest consideration! You should have experience with payroll systems(workday preferred but not required). In this role, you will analyze benefits and pay alignment for the company's manufacturing and corporate locations and determine incentive payouts. You will design the salary process and manage pay and relocation programs. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the company benefits plans including the 401k and retirement plans.
