We are excited to bring on a Customer Cloud Value Specialist to
help lead and drive our business transformation and revenue growth
initiatives with assigned customers with exceptional customer
experience .
What you'll do
- Liaison with customers and account teams to represent drive
business transformation and revenue growth initiatives and
influence customer expectations according to EFX capabilities and
constraints
- Be able to help and support account teams /customers to
articulate and derive the value of cloud and with use cases to
drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand current
proceeses and establish additional scalable processes to deliver
outcomes
- Provides thought leadership and works collaboratively with
cross functional teams in a matrix organization to resolve
roadblocks / issues
- Leads delivery aspects of external client management, in
conjunction with the sales team and internal teams - conducts
regular communications and maintains individual working
relationships with customer personnel at both the leadership and
working levels
- Provide post-production support by means of hardening support
processes, plus effective metrics tracking and analysis. What
experience you need
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and be able to quickly
ramp up with EFX capabilities
- Experience in presenting with confidence, delivering and
driving customer facing engagements
- Be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to gather
`needed information and drive outcomes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer facing/consulting
roles.
- Project/program management experience of multiple large
customer projects in parallel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to
analyze problems and determine solutions. What could set you apart

keeping pace with market trends
- Degree in a technical field such as in computer science or
information technology
