Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead specializing in .NET C# development to lead a team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions.This leadership role involves architectural design, team management, and hands-on development to build resilient, scalable, cloud-native applications.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and architecture of applications including technology selection and methodology.
• Design fast, resilient, and scalable applications incorporating infrastructure strategy, configuration, and management.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 developers.
• Architect modern cloud-native and microservice-based applications, especially within Azure environments.
• Employ distributed service design using a contract-first approach; knowledge of event-driven architecture, Domain Driven Design, and Hexagonal architecture is a plus.
• Participate in creating architecture and technical design documentation, coding, and QA standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Enforce sound development practices and conduct code reviews to ensure quality delivery.
• Serve as a technical advisor and assist in developing consistent technology frameworks and standards.
• Deliver platform and architecture recommendations aligned with project needs and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while managing risks by building consensus among stakeholders.Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in architecting .NET C# web applications.
  • 5+ years experience with Angular and SQL.
  • 5+ years leading .NET application architecture.
  • 7+ years of experience with web service development and integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
  • 5+ years experience with reporting and analytics in .NET environments.
  • 7+ years designing and developing web and microservice-based architectures.
  • 7+ years experience with Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, MVC4, RESTful services, WCF, Entity Framework, Web API, LINQ, Razor, etc.
  • 3+ years experience designing and developing SPAs using ExtJS or ReactJS.
  • 5+ years working with MS SQL Server including SQL optimization and stored procedures.
  • 5+ years experience working within Agile methodologies.Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Expert in Object-Oriented Design and Service-Oriented Architecture.
    • Strong collaboration, coaching, and leadership skills.
    • Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting with ability to diagnose root causes.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Ability to simplify technical jargon for diverse audiences.
    • Continuous learner committed to staying updated with latest technologies.
