Contribute. Repeat.As a Distribution Operations Intern, you will Discover Different from day one-playing an active part in the daily operations of a multi-million-dollar distribution center. For 12 weeks during the summer, you will join our Distribution Operations team and receive robust training and development through a mix of classroom learning, on-the-job training, and ongoing mentorship from your leadership team. You will learn how retail operations and our Distribution network works together; and we'll introduce you to the engineering standards that keep our business running efficiently.Through this internship, you'll have the opportunity to: / Learn how to lead and encourage a diverse team/ Actively participate in advising specific functions within the Distribution Center/ Learn from and shadow TJX distribution leaders/ Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our off-price business model/ Participate and contribute in process improvement initiatives/ Provide insights and collaborate with business partners and leadersYou'll also have the opportunity to work on a process improvement project and give a final presentation to Distribution executive team members upon the completion of your internship. Specifically, we're looking for:/ Rising Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program
