Job Description:
The Production Associate position performs all tasks involved in
the reverse logistics process. This includes tasks such as the
refurbishment of Microwaves, Vacuum Cleaners, Generators,
Compressors, Powered Hand Tools, Portable Air Conditioners,
Countertop Appliances, and Outdoor Power Equipment.An ARC
Production Associate:Performs all tasks involved in the production
of the company's products which include unpacking, testing,
cleaning, repairing and repacking productsMoves at a satisfactory
pace as set by the Line Leader or Production SupervisorUtilizes
basic computer skills to input dataFollows standard work methods
and practices safe work habits to ensure production is safe as
possibleMeets expectations for ARC work hours and schedulesThe
physical demands of this role include:Able to lift 50 lb. product
from the floor to the production tableAble to stand for an entire
shiftWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is
frequently exposed to airborne particles, moisture, fumes and noise
