Job Description:

We are searching for a Certified Surgical Technician -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will function in a scrub role and other duties as assigned under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Performs clinical duties in accordance with population-specific guidelines and adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as outlined in policy and procedures.
Care for patients from infants through geriatric age groups.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Required
Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program. Strongly preferred: Associates degree
Must have a Surgical Tech Certification, NBSTSA certification is strongly preferred
Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association is strongly preferred
Minimum experience preferred: 3 to 5 years of Surgical tech experience is strongly preferred for our Barrow Campus
